Boil & Bite Trays These are a type of moldable mouthpiece used for containing the bleaching agents in some do-it- yourself bleaching kits, like those bought in drugstores. They are so named because they need to be dunked into hot water to soften them before biting to create the two molds. (One upper and one lower).
