The Bottle Mate was created for a friend of Booghaboo Baby whose son born at only 26 weeks and survived against all odds. Months in the NICU, brain surgery and other obstacles tried to stand in his way of survival but he pushed through them all leaving the Nurses in tears and excited by his success. At 13 months old the Bottle Mate was invented to give his tiny little hands just a little help learning to hold his bottle on his very own. The Bottle mate has a simple design, specifically made that way not to cause any extra weight or bulk ensuring ease of use and added grip. Its natural wick-away fabric helps to act as an insulator and keeps the bottle dry from moisture that could cause a slippery surface for little hands. Its adjustable Velcro closure has allowed it to be put on a wide range of bottle sizes from the thin Evenflo bottles to the wider Avent brand.
